Our Full Home Inspections are backed by these warranty services to give you, our client, a piece of mind. These services are offered to you free of charge when you have us perform a Full Home Inspection on the home you own or are purchasing. Below you can view the warranty policies and also validate the warranty for a completed Full Home Inspection.
If you are a seller and you have a Pre-Listing Full Home Inspection done by Inspects Ohio, your warranty services will be adding even more value to your home.
Your little ones may have some anxiety when moving into a new home. While performing your Full Home Inspection our Certified Home inspector will also ensure that the home is Monster Free to put them at ease, too :)
Upon your request we will be happy to email you a printable certificate to post in your child's new room.
In addition to receiving the FREE warranties, you also receive a FREE RecallCheck service. Your inspector will record any visible/identifiable model numbers of your major built in appliances. The Model Number Algorithm (MNA) matches your appliances against the RecallCheck database of recalled items. RecallCheck will issue you a report by email (separate from the inspection report). This service will provide you with valuable information on how to receive FREE repairs from manufacturers in the event your appliance was found on the national recall list. The link to RecallCheck will allow you to sign up on your own, if we haven’t done your inspection, or if you wish to add other items (we receive a small commission for this).
